Ofgem has received one or more appeals from non-qualifying applicants in the sixth allocation round (AR6) of the Contracts for Difference scheme. The round will therefore run to timeline scenario 5, the longest timeline, until its conclusion.
National Grid ESO informed relevant applicants of the outcome of their non-qualification review on 11 June 2024.
Applicants that remained non-qualifying following ESO’s determination had the opportunity to submit an appeal to Ofgem from 12 to 18 June 2024.
Following Ofgem’s receipt of one or more appeals, ESO may submit any observations to Ofgem by 26 June 2024.
Ofgem will then consider any appeals between 27 June and 24 July 2024.
