This is advance notice that in the next few weeks, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) will launch a six-week consultation on technical changes to the Contracts for Difference scheme and the Supply Chain Plan process as it begins policy work on Allocation Round 5.
BEIS will also launch in parallel a call for evidence on longer-term ideas for the Supply Chain Plan process. The call for evidence will run for 12 weeks.
BEIS will host a live event on Microsite Teams to answer any questions you may have on the consultation and call for evidence. This event will take place on Wednesday 9 February 2022 from 10am to 11.30am.
