National Grid ESO has submitted the notice of auction for Allocation Round 4 (AR4) to qualifying applicants, notifying them that an auction will take place.
From 24 May 2022, National Grid ESO will invite qualifying applicants to submit their sealed bids. This window will close on 15 June 2022.
Budget revision notice
On 20 May 2022, the government issued a budget revision notice for AR4, increasing the budget for offshore wind (Pot 3) by £10m to £210m.
