The government has today published the Exemptions Request Notice for Allocation Round 4 (AR4).
The notice sets out the procedure that generators must follow if they want to be exempted from their temporary site exclusion and compete in AR4, which is planned to open to applications on 13 December 2021.
Details of which sites are currently excluded from Contracts for Difference allocation rounds can be found on the Low Carbon Contracts Company’s website.
If an excluded site does not apply for an exemption, they will not be eligible to participate in AR4.
